Acropolis

Description

Long ago, a Knight had sworn an oath to protect the baron's castle, Acropolis, standing watch over its towering walls and guarding its gates against all who dared threaten those within. But centuries passed, kingdoms fell, and the boron's bloodline faded into forgotten history.

Still, every night, he continued his eternal vigil, patrolling empty corridors and watching the winding road that led to Acropolis atop the hill, his trusty axe forever held at his side, ready to strike down any who dare trespass upon the forgotten grounds.

Travelers whispered that his ghost could still be seen beneath the moonlight, his weathered armor clinging to a hollow silhouette, the edge of his axe glinting in the darkness.
And though the world had long since forgotten his lord, the Knight remained faithful to a castle that no longer remembered its own masters.
